Online Ordering: Our online ordering is safe, secure and available at all times using our secure shopping cart. All credit card information is collected using a secure server with PayPal encryption.

Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx and PayPal.

Sales Tax: Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to Hawai‘i addresses only.

Shipping: We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Total shipping charges plus any handling charges will be added to your order.

International Orders: At this time we are currently shipping only to addresses in the United States.

Shipping Addresses: PLEASE double check your shipping address when ordering. Shipments delivered to the wrong address due to your mistake are not our responsibility. Should your package be returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Multiple Addresses: Please place a separate order for items going to multiple addresses. Shipping charges are calculated for each order separately.

Processing: Most of our products are made at the time you order to insure the freshest ingredients possible. We make great effort to ship orders within 3 - 5 business days, however we ask that you please allow up to 5 - 15 days for shipment. This does not include weekends and holidays. Any major delays will be posted on our site. We reserve the right to adjust shipping times without notice. This is reflective of our workload and product availability.

Rainbow Ridge Farm does not guarantee availability of all products at all times. There may be instances when certain items may not be available due to their seasonal nature or other circumstances beyond our control. We do not place items on backorder or accept preorders of out of stock items. If an item is out of stock we will indicate this on our website and the item will not be available for order.

Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds. If you have any questions regarding our products we are always available to assist you in making selections.

Please note: Our products are handmade and therefore, slight variations are expected. Our MINIMUM online order is $27.

Persons with sensitivities or allergies to any ingredient should not use our products. Should you develop a rash or allergy from any of our products discontinue use immediately. Please be aware most of our products contain nuts or nut butters or oils or fragrances. In addition, all our equipment may come into contact with nuts. Those with nut sensitivities should avoid our products.

As with all bath or cosmetic items, please test on a small area of skin if you have a skin allergy or are sensitive to fragrances. Avoid getting any bath or body products in or near eyes. Please keep products away from children. Do not use products for anything other than the purpose for which they were intended. We will not be held liable for misuse, allergic reactions or any injury suffered from the known or unknown and consenting use of our products. By purchasing products from Rainbow Ridge Farm, you acknowledge this policy and release us from liability if such a situation should arise.

We make absolutely no medical claims for any of our products. Rainbow Ridge Farm assumes no liability for claims arising from the misuse of our products.
